General Information

Lassiter Chorus has a proud tradition of performing the National Anthem at the Atlanta Braves game each fall. The performance is scheduled for Monday, September 8th at 7:20pm. All students, chaperones etc attending the game must purchase a ticket. Invite your friends and family to enjoy America's national pastime and support the chorus!
 
All Tickets must be purchased by Tuesday, September 2nd (THIS IS A HARD DEADLINE) - I will pick up the tickets from Truist the next day on September 3rd.
 
YOU MUST FILL OUT THE FIELD TRIP PERMISSION FORM VIA PARENTVUE FOR YOUR STUDENT TO ATTEND.
 
Uniform:
  • Lassiter Chorus Black Polo (arriving soon)
  • Blue jeans (shorts/pants/capris)
  • Comfortable tennis shoes/sneakers
 
Itinerary:
4:30 - Student & Chaperone arrival time to Lassiter Concert Hall
4:45 - Group rehearsal in Concert Hall
5:00 - Begin loading buses
5:10 - Depart Lassiter
5:45/6:00pm - Arrive at Truist Park
7:05 - Approximate performance time
8:30 - Students not riding bus must be checked out
9:00 - Begin walking to buses
9:30 - Depart Truist
10:00pm - Approximate arrival to Lassiter (front of school)

Ticket Options and Prices:
  • Student Performer Tickets: $35
  • Friends and Family Tickets: $20
  • Chaperone Tickets: $15 (Chaperones must ride the bus with the students)

Important Reminders

Your student is not required to ride the bus back to Lassiter after the performance
 
Please fill out the form by Thursday, September 4th if your student is NOT riding the bus back to Lassiter: https://forms.office.com/r/wzaMe7msV3
 
Rules:
1. The parent/guardian must be in Truist Park (cannot be parked outside or in The Battery)
 
2. The parent/guardian must come see the parent volunteer with the sign-out clipboard to sign out their student from Lassiter Chorus supervision.
 
3. All students NOT riding the bus back to Lassiter after the performance must be checked out from Lassiter supervision by 8:30pm
 

Ticket Distribution

Tickets will be put into a sealed manilla envelope and sent home with students on Thursday, September 4th. Students will be instructed to place tickets in their backpack immediately upon receiving. Mrs. Green will keep ALL STUDENT and CHAPERONE TICKETS because the students enter the stadium together.
 
Example 1 : Bryan family purchases 6 tickets; They will receive 5 tickets in the envelope (Ms. Green keeps the student ticket) 
 
Example 2 : Coddington family purchases 3 tickets; two tickets are for siblings both in chorus; the envelope will contain 1 ticket.
 
Example 3 : Davis family purchases 4 tickets; 1 ticket for chaperone, 1 student ticket, 2 family tickets; the envelope will contain 2 tickets
 
Chorus Polo

What (NOT) to Bring:

Students are encouraged to bring as little as possible. Bags / Backpacks should be left in the concert hall and students can retrieve their belongings when they return to Lassiter around 10:00pm.
 
Students Should Bring:
  1. Life-Saving Medication (Epipen etc)
  2. Charged Cell Phone (if they have one)
  3. Money / Card for food (https://www.mlb.com/braves/ballpark/concessions)
 
Truist Park is a cashless venue. Students may convert cash to card at the following locations:
  1. 1B side Lower Level concourse behind Section 118
  2. 3B side Lower Level concourse behind Section 133
 
Bags are NOT ALLOWED to enter Truist Park for the 2025 season.
Exceptions may be made for:
  • Medical bags no larger than what is required to transport necessary medical equipment
  • Breast pumps for nursing mothers and other bags required for guests with ADA needs
  • Diaper bags for guests accompanied by infant(s) and/or toddler(s)
  • Small, single compartment clutches no larger than 5 x 9 inches
  • Small, single compartment clear bags no larger than 5 x 9 inches
 
Outside Food and Drink
Fans will be able to bring food inside of Truist Park as long as it fits inside a clear, gallon-sized plastic bag and may also bring a sealed plastic bottle of water. One bag of food and one bottle of water per ticket will be permitted. Additional considerations will be made for those with dietary concerns and infants. All bags of food will be subject to additional inspection at our security gates before entry.
